Careful thought went into the purchase of each golf cart because the owners knew they would be used by families with young children. Most of the backseats are upgraded with seatbelts, comfortable arm rests with cup holders, and a grab bar for added protection. You can rest assured that no one will hop (or fall) off the back as long as the seatbelts are used!
The golf carts cannot be taken outside of the resort gates onto public roads, including highway 98. Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, the Marina, the resort golf courses & tennis courts, and the resort beach are all on the resort grounds and are accessible by golf cart (with designated golf cart parking).
Prior to being given access to the keys for and of our carts, the person making the reservation, and all others who will be driving the cart, must sign a liability waiver and provide proof of insurance. This is required by the owners' own insurance policies. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid driver's LICENSE.
